Front Gearbox Upper Housing 8010 Installation Steps
1. Reposition gears, bearings, and bevel gears as they were originally, and apply grease to the gears.
2. Lay the gasket flat, align it with the positioning hole, and close the 8010 upper housing.
3. Tighten the upper housing screws diagonally in stages, do not tighten them all at once.
4. Reinstall the steering assembly, front wheel, hubcap, and C-clamp.
5. Manually rotate the wheels and turn the steering wheel left and right to check for smooth operation without jamming or unusual noises.
